  • Health Details, which includes your Schedule II or Schedule V forms (depending on your POYC entitlement), treatment details and prescription details (i.e. the medications you have collected, the doctor’s instructions, and the dosage administered by our pharmacists), and dispense records such as logs of dates, quantities, and pharmacist confirmations for each dispense.
  • Technical Data, which includes where applicable, internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system and platform, time zone setting and location (depending on which cookies you accept).

Data Retention

For how long shall JV Pharma store your personal data?

JV Pharma shall only process and store your personal data for as long as it needs to in order to fulfil the purposes for which your data was collected. JV Pharma takes into consideration the extent, nature and sensitivity of the personal data gathered in order to determine the appropriate retention period for your personal data.

JV Pharma may also be required/entitled to retain your personal data in order to satisfy legal and/or regulatory obligations as well as to safeguard JV Pharma’s legal rights and legitimate interests.

That being said, we have adopted a baseline retention period of 10 years for most of our records, starting from the end of our contractual relationship with you.
