Pharmaceutical Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking to recruit a hard-working, customer-oriented Pharmaceutical Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth day to day running of the procurement and invoicing of imported pharmaceutical products at JV Healthcare.

The ideal candidate should have a scientific/medical educational background, be energetic, highly motivated and ready to work in a team. Candidates must also possess a clean police conduct and must be conversant in  English.

Details

Main Duties

  • Procurement and verification of pharmaceutical products
  • Complying with  internal procedures to ensure that the storage of medicines and stock control  is in accordance with company policy
  • Processing of client orders/quote through companies’ software system.
  • Providing assistance and reporting to the Regulatory Manager
  • Maintaining a good working relationship for the company with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals through personal contacts and updating of accurate information.
